SHIFTING MINDSETS TO DIGITAL

‘It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is MOST ADAPTABLE TO CHANGE.’

Digital Disruption and why EDUCATION IS KEY

Digital technologies are fundamentally changing the business landscape.

Digital disruption is already profoundly impacting many industry sectors - and this will only intensify as the pace of technological change accelerates further. In the new digital world, business success will depend on the ability to make sense of what is happening, and continuously adapt to the changes taking place…

  THE CHALLENGE

Digital Transformation is now a disruptive force in most organizations bringing new approaches to innovation, experimentation, deployment and agility, challenging many of the traditional ways of working and cultures.

Digital change requires people to become more digitally 'literate'. Our Global Digital Capability survey (Q4 2017) identified that many organizations have yet to establish the standards of digital 'literacy' across their workforces needed to realize the benefits of their digital investments.

Digital literacy is not just required by technologists. We all need to become aware and confident in the emerging digital standards and keep up-to-date with these developments. There's a fundamental need for all businesses to shift everyone's mindset to both think and act digital.

  OUR RESPONSE

In 2016, as a team of experienced business leaders passionate about education, we joined with Professor Alan Brown at the Centre for Digital Economy (CoDE) at Surrey University to deliver a workshop program to senior Business Executives on Digital Leadership. The challenge we were set by these Executives, was to bring digital education into a much broader audience.

This was our challenge. So, working with professional Education partners, leading academics and a network of International advisors, we developed a program of On Demand and Bespoke Digital education for executives, managers and staff. Our program is intended for staff on the receiving end of the new technologies rather than technologists.

  IMPACTFUL LEARNING AT SCALE

Our programs provide rapid learning deployment across large staff populations and are designed to address the learning styles which staff now demand.
